Our Service utilizes third-party artificial intelligence technology provided by Groq, Inc. to generate customized career pathways and actionable steps based on your active inputs.

No User Accounts: The Service does not require or support user registration, profiles, or accounts. Your information is processed temporarily to generate your results.
Informational Purpose Only: All generated roadmaps, milestones, and suggestions are provided strictly for informational and educational purposes. They do not constitute certified professional career counseling or financial advice.
No Guarantees: We do not guarantee employment, academic admission, salary levels, or specific professional outcomes.
AI Inaccuracies: You acknowledge that generative AI models can occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information. You agree to independently verify critical educational and licensing requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Navio Pathways, its founders, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your reliance on the AI-generated pathways or any disruption in Service.

Profile Input Data: Name, current grade level, or educational status.
Preference Input Data: Areas of interest, hobbies, preferred skills, and career ambitions.

How We Use and Share Your Data

Core Functionality: We process your grade, interests, and hobbies strictly to build your custom career roadmaps on demand.
Groq API Data Sharing: Your profile parameters are transmitted securely via API to Groq, Inc. for immediate processing and text generation. This data is not used to train public models or shared with data brokers.
No Selling of Data: We do not, and will never, sell or rent your personal information to third-party advertisers.

Data Retention & Storage

Because Navio Pathways operates without user accounts, we do not permanently store or host your personal criteria on our servers. Your input data is handled strictly during your active session to deliver the career pathway recommendations.
